I am just having one of my favourite whiskies a wee snifter of Glengoyne. A gentle taste with absolutely no peat. Not as insipid as Glenmorangie but a beautiful flavour. Not really favoured by peat whisky drinkers but for those of us who prefer highland it is braw.
